Sleepy Maori Moon

I love this beautiful Sleepy Maori Moon music sheet, another eBay find - Commissioned by Robertson's Music Store, Auckland in 1925. In such immaculate condition that I had it framed. We are so lucky to have such rich cultural heritage contributing to our rich New Zealand design history. I can't however seem to find very much information about the song (other that it is a Waltz) anywhere else ...

I appreciate immense level of detail, effort & no doubt expense that went into producing a simple music sheet - So often now people & companies want to produce something at low cost that any design detail becomes diluted which is disappointing.

If businesses could fast forward their brands 40 years surely they would want even a magazine ad about their brand/business to be appreciated so much that someone would frame it? Brands which inherently are appreciated with time is true reflection of brand value & desirability.
