Christmas Baking

From time to time I have been known to bake & I have now extended my baking repertoire to include Cake Pops. I found Cake Pops a few months ago when I was researching baking stuff for a client that has a business in the baking industry & that research extended into actually baking!

Cake Pops are VERY cool & the Cake Pop craze was started by Bakerella which is the website where you can buy the book & get tons of baking inspiration. The lady behind Bakerella is super creative baker Angie Dudley, hopefully she will come to New Zealand one day & see us.

So, I spent Saturday with Glennis from Katalyst Office Management baking what were quite possibly NZ's first Cake Pops - It was Glennis's Dad's (whose nickname is Hoppy) birthday we made Cake Pop stars with 'HOPPY BIRTHDAY' written on the stars.

I can happily report that the Cake Pop stars went down a treat at Hoppy's birthday & the team here at 82 can report that the Cake Pop Christmas Trees are YUM!
